1. No Return Policy
Important: Since all products are digital in nature and delivered via email folders,
returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
2. Refund Policy (Digital Products)
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Refunds are generally not provided for digital products.
- If payment is successful but the product folder is not delivered to your email, you may contact us for assistance.
- No refund will be issued if an incorrect or inactive email address is provided during checkout.
Note: Products are delivered via Gmail / Google Drive folders so that
customers can receive future updates. Updated PDFs will be added to the same folder whenever applicable.
3. Duplicate or Multiple Payments
- If you are charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
- Refunds for duplicate payments are usually processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Once the product folder has been accessed or delivered
- Change of mind or no longer needing the course/material
- Issues related to device compatibility, internet problems, or personal reasons
